Smart Host Manager brings everyday accommodation management into one visual, compact and fully local WebApp. Organise properties, bookings, calendar, rates, cleaning, maintenance, expenses, recommendations, events and messages from a single HTML file, with no installation, account, subscription or mandatory Internet connection.

The interface, Getting Started Guide, Frequently Asked Questions and integrated content are available in Arabic, Bengali, German, English, Spanish, French, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Punjabi, Portuguese, Russian, Swahili, Klingon, Urdu and Chinese. Reading direction is also adapted where required.

COMPACT AND ADAPTIVE DESIGN

Records use responsive cards that fit the available width without horizontal scrolling. Long fields stay within the same card, height adapts to content and every record screen lets you choose which fields are visible.

CUSTOMISABLE APPEARANCE

Choose from fifteen colour families, each with light and dark modes. DEMO and PROD keep independent appearance settings. The recommended combination for Smart Host Manager is Tide: Light in DEMO and Dark in PROD.

LOCAL OPERATION AND PRIVACY

The product is delivered as one autonomous HTML file. Open it in a modern browser and start working. It requires no server, PHP, SQL database, activation, keys, email codes or online services. Information remains in IndexedDB inside the browser profile on the device.

There is no automatic synchronisation between computers, browsers or profiles. Clearing browser data may remove local information, so regular use of the integrated backup tools is recommended.

BACKUPS

Create backups for DEMO, PROD, both environments, system settings or a complete copy. Before restoration, the WebApp clearly identifies which scope will be replaced.

REQUIREMENTS

• Desktop or laptop computer with a modern browser and JavaScript enabled.
• No Internet connection is required for operation.
• Regular backups are recommended.
